Who is This Asshole?

Punk Renegade Turns Americana Storyteller

For over 30 years, ChiodoSupply has been a relentless, ghost-like force in underground music, first emerging as the elusive frontman of Model Citizen, the legendary American punk outfit whispered about in fanzines, basement shows, and late-night tour van lore. Known for vanishing between tours, dodging press, and leaving behind nothing but scorched stages and cryptic lyrics, Model Citizen became a punk rock myth, always leaving fans wondering when they may hear the tunes of Model Citizen again. No one ever really knew, it was just common knowledge in the scene that Model Citizen would be back, no notice, no announcements…they’d be back. After 3 full length records and a final collaboration with the likes of the late, great and legendary vocalist, Mr Chi Pig of SNFU, they disappeared.

Now, with ChiodoSupply’s debut solo album 1919, the mystery deepens. Gone are the walls of distortion, but the fire still burns.

Chiodo trades chaos for clarity, rage for resonance, and channels his storytelling through the smoke and soil of Americana, bluegrass, and outlaw folk. It’s a bold turn that somehow feels inevitable, a sound that uncovers just how much soul was hiding behind the screams all along.

But ChiodoSupply was never just a frontman. He’s an activist, a father, a husband and a storyteller for the forgotten and the voiceless. His genre shift isn’t a departure, it’s an evolution. Because rebellion doesn’t live in distortion pedals; it lives in truth, and 1919 is full of it. With deep, raspy vocals that feel carved out of railroad ties and rust, he tells tales of working-class struggle, haunted towns, redemption arcs, and the invisible weight of American history.

Offstage, ChiodoSupply has returned to the spotlight to become a viral sensation online, still mysterious, still unapologetic, but now reaching a new generation with the same fire: stirring thought, dropping hard truths, and injecting just the right amount of humor and chaos.

And when he’s not writing protest anthems or rattling cages online? You’ll probably find him playing baseball or working at his Puerto Rico farm, because even revolutionaries need a little peace between innings.
